PRIVACY POLICY ON RBL FOOD BULGARIA LTD

‘’RBL FOOD BULGARIA’’ Ltd. processes personal data of individuals (data subjects) in
accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27
April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on
the free movement of such a data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation,
GDPR), the Personal Data Protection Act and the Company’s Privacy Policy.

 1. Administrator of personal data and contact details
‘’RBL FOOD BULGARIA’’ Ltd. (the Company) is a personal data administrator within the
sense of the General Regulation and the Personal Data Protection Act.

‘’RBL FOOD BULGARIA’’ Ltd. is a commercial company registered at the Registry Agency,
TRRULNC with Bulstat Unified Identification Code (UIC) 202092729, with registered office

‘’RBL FOOD BULGARIA’’ Ltd. does not have an appointed data protection representative.

2. Individuals whose personal data are processed by the company:
In connection with the services provided by the organization, ‘’RBL FOOD BULGARIA’’ Ltd.
processes personal data, while considering the following data subjects:
(a) Individuals – customers, suppliers of goods and services, other commercial contractors;
(b) Visitors to the offices, other locations of the company and individuals with whom the
company comes into contact in connection with its activities;
(c) Individuals falling within the scope of the video surveillance carried out by the company for
the purpose of security, preservation of the company’s property and security;
(d) Job candidates.

3. Purposes and legal grounds for processing
The company processes personal data of individuals for the following purposes:
– for the selection of employees, for the performance of an employment contract, the planning
and coordination of the work process, the termination of the employment relationship;
– For providing the services / products offered by RBL FOOD BULGARIA LTD
– For providing access to our website, showing relevant content, personalized and limited by the
criteria set by the subject;
– To respond to inquiries, opinions and recommendations;
– To inform regarding special campaigns and our new products/services.
– To establish contact with the responsible person by telephone, fax or in any other lawful
manner.

Personal data are processed by the company in the presence of any of the alternative legal
grounds under the General Regulation and the Bulgarian legislation:
(a) Execution of contracts;
(b) Fulfillment of the legal obligations of the company in the field of labor, accounting, tax and
social security legislation, or of other legal obligations of the company, as well as for the purpose
of protection of the company’s locations, determined by the Council of Ministers for strategic
sites, and other normative actions applicable to its activity;
(c) Freely expressed, specific, informed and unambiguous consent of the data subject. The
consent already given may be withdrawn by the person at any time in the same manner in, which
it was delivered.
(d) Legitimate interests of the company, as far as they take precedence over the interests or
fundamental rights and freedoms of data subjects, in order to:
– ensure the security of customers, employees, visitors and property through video surveillance,
registration, physical security and access control;
– other lawful purposes, such as maintenance and security of the company’s website and IT
systems and protection of the company’s legal interests in court and out of court.

4. Recipients of personal data
Personal data is provided to:
(a) a party to a contract, for the purposes of its performance;
(b) Tax, customs and other public authorities, in accordance with applicable law;
(c) Companies providing security, video surveillance, insurance, audit, development and
maintenance of IT systems services as processors or controllers of personal data.

5. Categories of personal data
The company collects personal data, e.g.: name, surname, surname, gender, age and date of birth,
marital status, citizenship, PIN, IP address, business / personal address, business / personal phone
number, business / personal e-mail address , bank account data, etc. mainly on the basis of
declarations, etc. documents (on paper or electronic media, including through the company’s
website) that you provide and / or sign to us, as well as when filling in the various forms posted
on our website, including creating an initial registration, subscribing to our newsletter, ordering
goods and services, filling out the form for giving opinions and / or comments;

Due to the need for communication between us, we collect some of the data via e-mail or
telephone conversation.

Another part of your personal data is collected from public sources (most often public registers),
observing the conditions of the sources for the use of information.

Technical data that is automatically sent to us when you use our website – IP address, GPS
coordinates, information about the device from which you visit the website;

The personal data we collect are in a minimum amount and are only those necessary for the
company to achieve the respective goal (e.g. name, address), and in cases when a normative or
administrative action requires it – and PIN / identity card data, international passport data,

The company also collects data through security cameras used to protect the property of the
company / location of the company, trucks and cars /, incl. and the personal data administered by
the company, as well as in order to protect the life and health of the employees / workers in the
company. These data are stored for a limited minimum legal period and have strictly regulated
access to them.

Google Analytics
The company’s website has built-in Google Analytics, which is offered by Google Inc., 1600
Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). We use Google Analytics
with the additional function offered by Google for anonymization of IP addresses. Google
compresses IP addresses within the EU and only in exceptional cases in the United States, and in
both cases records only abbreviated IP addresses.

6. Periods of storage of personal data

The terms for storage of the personal data, collected and processed by the company, are in
accordance with the norms of the Bulgarian legislation and the type of the personal data and are
determined by “RBL FOOD BULGARIA” Ltd. in the Register of activities.

7. Security of personal data
The company applies all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security
of personal data, including an explicit commitment by employees to confidentiality.

8. Rights as data subjects
Any natural person whose data is processed by the company has the following rights:
(a) the right to access his personal data, including to receive a copy of it
(b) the right to correct or supplement inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
(c) the right to delete personal data which are processed without legal basis or in breach of the
General Regulation;
d) the right to limit the processing – in the presence of a legal dispute between the company and
the person until its resolution or for the establishment, exercise or protection of legal claims;
(e) the right to object, including against the processing of his personal data for the purposes of
direct marketing;
(f) the right to data portability if it is processed in an automated manner on the basis of a contract
or consent;
(g) the right to withdraw consent, where personal data are processed on that basis.

making
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the above rights can be exercised by
submitting a written application in the office of ‘’RBL FOOD BULGARIA’’Ltd. An application
may also be submitted electronically in accordance with the Electronic Document and Electronic
Certification Documents Act. The application shall be made in person by the data subject or by a
person explicitly authorized by him.
Data subjects may apply to all issuers related to the processing of their personal data and the
exercise of their rights under the General Regulation to ‘’RBL FOOD BULGARIA’’ Ltd.

9. Protection of the rights of data subjects
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation, any natural
person who considers that his right to protection of personal data has been violated may file a
