Based on the current needs, specific customer requirements and market situation, RBL perfoms regular plannings of supplies. Weekly reports are provided to our partners with summarized market information and trends. Strict coordination exists between agricultural supply (contracting with farmers, purchasing and storing of raw materials), product processing (cleaning, calibrating, colour-sorting, packaging) and logistics (transport means, shipment schedules, timely deliveries).

Well organized system for purchasing, processing and warehousing of the cargo is developed in each origin we work with. The products are delivered from the origin directly to buyer’s warehouse and the quality is in accordance with the RBL's standards or specific buyer's requirements.
Products quality at time of loading is strictly controlled by our own laboratory and/or independent first-class inspection companies - SGS and INTERTEK.
In order to secure the clients against the risk of damages or loss of cargo during its transportation from origin to client’s door, RBL works with the insurance brokers ATS (Hamburg, Germany) and insure the cargo at “ALL RISKS”. In case of damages we bear the loss at our risk, we manage all the paperworks with the insurance company to protect our client’s interests and replace the damaged goods to the customer.
In case of late delivery of cargo we are “close to our client” reacting fast to deliver cargo from our stocks in Bulgaria.

To ensure smooth execution of the client's orders RBL uses software system "Pantheon" which gives the possibility to easily monitor orders execution schedules, shipments status, payments, terms of deliveries, stocks, etc.
